Rigging Issues

For the last week I’ve been attempting to make this Omegamon/Omnimon Model from Digimon: Cyber Sleuth rig properly. The model came with a rig, but the rig was shrunk down to be up to the model’s knees in height.

I’ve been making multiple attempts to resize the rig to match properly with the model, such as resizing the rig or moving each bone individually to their proper spots.

As you can see, it looks just fine in the Blender screenshot above. It looks fine with the bone placement, but in Unity… After I go to rig, make the rig a humanoid and try to customize it…

The rig seems to have shrunk back down to where it initially was, possibly even smaller. I have been trying to find a fix for this for awhile now with no luck. Since I seem to be the only person to have this problem. And I have tried to remove the current rig by selecting it in the explorer in blender, deleting it, and making a new rig from scratch, but it only just gives me this error when I try to mold the rig with the mesh with automatic weights… 3331699--259747--Screenshot_4.png

I feel like I have tried everything and gained nothing, so now I come to the Unity community in hopes that you all might have a solution to my issue. Please help me?

It’s a stretch, but did you remember to Apply the scale change when you resized your rig in Blender?
