rigibody.addForce work different in iphone?

Could anyone tell how rigibody.addForce work in iPhone? ex: if i write
rigibody.AddForce(transform.up * 1000);
when i test it on computer, it jump not as high as in iphone. when i build the project and test it in iPhone, it jump a lot than computer. And i want iPhone to jump the same high as computer, so how to fix this problem? thanks
