Rigidbody Falls Through Plane

Hello I am making a motorcycle game and whenever I attach a rigid body to the wheel collider the part automatically falls through the ground (Plane). So if anyone could help that would be awesome since I have been trying to figure this out for so long.

I had the same problem a while back but what I think I did to fix it was that I made a mesh collider.
