I just checked the URP roadmap and noticed the 2021LTS changes are removed.
Why is this done? 2021LTS is still supported for a while
The roadmap is for features and LTS don’t really get new features?
Fair enough, but it usually shows the new features of the current LTS versions as well, so I am surprised 2021LTS has been completely wiped. It’s good to know what is added in 2021, since those features are also in 2022
I guess a “past log” or “archive” or something for completed roadmap features would be useful, even if it had to be hidden away in some other page or subsection.
That is what the changelog is for. The roadmap is for current and future endeavors. And advertising that they are taking big steps. But check the changelogs for proper feature-communication.
In the changelog the bigger more important features are getting lost in a sea of smaller features and bug fixes.
I typically upgrade from an LTS to the next LTS and finding out what new “big” things are in the new LTS is kinda hard?
And through osmosis I generally only find new bugs, which affects my disposition.
