Bought this earlier. It’s a mix of mad stuff. I’m not sure what to categorise it as, its part puzzle, part alarm clock, an entire song album similar to deadmau5 and so on… it’s also a trippy light show and midi spectacular. I like how you got it to go at 60fps even on a 3gs and ipad1, with MSAA. Nice work.
Still don’t know what the hell it really is though, people will judge for themselves.
This is pretty neat! Love all the little details and just playing around with it unlocking stuff is keeping me pretty entertained. The two songs I’ve unlocked so far are also pretty nice.
Is the music MIDI-based? I ask, because of the excellent sync with the visual effects.
@jonkk the music is mp3 but each song has a midi file also that is used to key the effects on time. ( took forever, theres about 9000 midi events per song )
About the unlocks, Im actually taking most of them out in next version.
I got a ton of complaints about unlock system, most people get bored fast and didnt even make it past invaders game.
