Hello all,
Today we are very happy to be releasing robotics development suite of applications, of which the robotics simulator application was created entirely in Unity.
http://www.cogmation.com/software-downloads.php
I realise this is a bit of a large download, but we’d love any feedback the Unity community has to offer. As well, if anyone is interested in robotics and would like to do some beta testing for us, please send us an e-mail.
And just a note to get right in there without having to code a robot yourself - just launch the robotSim application, drag a Create into the room, drag the LaserTracker code block on top of it, hit start and then hit play in the next room and you’re good to go.
We’d also like to say thanks to everyone at Unity - Unity has proved to be a great product and has allowed us to pursue directions that would not have been possible with other products.
Being involved in the FIRST Robotics program, I’m definitely going to give this a go
Downloading now!
This seems to have placed things in various places on my hard drive. How do I get rid of everything? Could you give me a list of all the files you put on my hard drive?
It’s listed in the installer.
