i have house modeling. i want room light. how can i do it?
Add a light source?
GameObject->Create Other->Spotlight, Point or Directional Light
but how can i put it in room? i want house inside light but outside night
You need a house model to import into your scene, then create the light game object as stated above by Anim. Once the light is in the scene move it or relocate the light into the room you wish to have the light in. Be sure to change the light settings as you need them and also make sure the light source is located in the room exactly where you want it. You will also need to adjust your ambient light settings to black.
Edit-> Render Settings In the inspector window change your ambient light color as I stated above.
Hope this helps.

You can also tell a light to only affect certain objects using layers if you want to have one light for exterior and another light to only affect the interior and vise versa.
i am trying it but light can not insert to house. whe i rotate scene than light slide.how can i menage light position?
The best way is to use your side and top view and make sure you are only selecting one axis while moving. If you are trying to place the light in an perspective view you will run into issues because the light isn’t where you think it is. Go to your top view and move the light over the room you want the light to be in, then go into a side view and lower or raise it to the height you want it at in the room.
David
Edit** You are saying that you are rotating the scene and the light moves? If this is the case it is because the light is not in the correct location to begin with and gives the illusion of the light moving. Can you post up the scene?
hello. i add all documents in rar. sorry for simple model. i didn’t textured this home in maya yet. i hope somebody can help me. i want one room light.
I looked at your scene. but to be honest it really is all over the place. Your terrain in completely missing and giving errors. The scale of your house model is so small that Unity wouldn’t allow me to zoom into it. I had to re- drag it into the scene and scale it almost 20 times and it was still too small. The house model is really broken up with many smoothing issues which gives some really strange shadows along the triangle corners. I also noticed that the geometry you were using to represent your character was completely outside the character controller.
(this may be because the package you sent was wrong or there was an import issue, but the scene was pretty crazy)
Anyway from what I can see you are very new to Unity and maybe to game design all together. I think that you should start from scratch with the very basics and work on some tutorials which are provided here by unity.
Before we move forward in trying to get a light in a room, you need to get the basics down first.
Good Luck
David
