Rotate a wheel due to gravity. Use RigidBody

Hello everyone! I am a beginner in UNITY.

I am trying to program a hexagonal spinner with equivalent weights on its vertices to rotate based on the total weights. That is, if I eliminate one of the weights at the vertices, the roulette wheel should rotate until it reaches its equilibrium state.

Is this possible to do with unity?

Is it necessary to program or should it work with the laws of physics when activating the Rigidbody?
