I’m trying to play around with Mecanim, using the animation clips provided with the bootcamp demo, however on all the clips I’ve tried, some parts of body are rotated oddly.
Could someone tell me what causes this to happen, and if there’s a fix within Unity?
Ahaa, the reason this was happening was because on each of the animation clips, under the rig tab in the inspector, I had Avatar Definition set to “Create From This Model”, choosing “Copy From Other Avatar” and selecting the avatar of the rig used to map the animations onto, fixed the issue.
