rotation of the object

hii,
i want to know could i rotate the object ,where the mouse get clicked as its instantiated from the object and i want to make object rotate where i click the mouse button

Your question is not clear, but I think, you want to get the camera to look at the clicked object. if so, you can shoot a ray from the camera toward the mouse position and check for the hit object, then simply use the LookAt function and rotate the camera transform toward the object. I have not tested the code, but it should work and it gives you the idea what you need to do.
