Roulette Keyboard from 2D Sprite

Hello guys,

I’m new to unity game development, and I’m Developing a Roulette Game, but having some difficulty in implementing the roulette board.Imgur: The magic of the Internet

on this board every number and the intersection between the two numbers needs to be a button, is there a way to make so many buttons, except using multiple sprite feature, because after that it’ll require rearranging, which could go wrong very much.

Is something wrong with Unity UI for this ? UI-Image as background, buttons for numbers, invisible buttons for intersection
