im using 2d rpg kit asset from assets store, Is there some way to make to add the avatar sprite on dialog system?

Yes there is. I highly suggest you start working through some Youtube tutorials on this subject. There are plenty to start with.

The underlying process will be to make a prefab (or set of prefabs) with clear spots for the text to be placed and a spot for the avatar, and then repurpose the dialog code to inject the correct sprite.
