Since the backgrounds are separated, you can make many different variants. Will also include a PSD with all items and backgrounds.
So I’m aiming to release this quite soon, maybe in a few weeks or less.
Any thoughts on these? Would you consider using them in Your game?
I was thinking these could be used in deck builder games mainly, but of course any fantasy game would work.

Here is an update, more icons and more color variants added.
Working on adding some more icons before calling it done.
I’m thinking about adding, mushrooms, a wooden stick, leafs, nuts and maybe something more. Will also add in some more backgrounds, generic ones with different colors.
And here is a sneak preview of the ice bottle, with one of the backgrounds. Full image will be 512x512, all items has transparency and lots of backgrounds to choose from.
Aiming for this pack to be very editable, with different magic backgrounds in different shapes, and also some basic backgrounds in various subtle colors so that you the developer easily can make different looking icons.

Other update, almost done with the whole pack.
Started out as a magic items pack, but during the process I realized it probably would be a better idea to have a broad fantasy focus instead.
So I will name this pack RPG icons starter pack. Currently has 45 backgrounds and 138 items and looking pretty solid.

And I’ve just submitted the pack to the asset store, waiting for unity to approve the pack
So I’m continuing to develop the pack, got a totalt of 200+ items now and things are starting to look better and better.
Latest version just got approved and is now live on the asset store
So far I did 4 updates since release. Planning to keep updating over time. Overall the content is starting to look good with enough variety to make a lot of different games.

Starting to get a good selection of items with over 240 icons + backgrounds with a good selection of gems, loot, gear, items and resources.

Any items you are missing in particular that you can think of?
Looking to add some more icons each month and next up is a set of different flags, thought that could be useful. Otherwise main inspiration is from different zelda games and heroes of might and magic 3.
