Unity Editor does not show Parsian/Arabian characters. neither in console log or inspector. however characters are shown in scene/game view.
should i install a third party or something to fix this?

Unity has no good aka no official RTL language support. It is a roadmap item somewhere but I have no insight into the state of things. You can however add your voice/votes to this item on the feedback site:
