Runtime Configuration Input Box

When a game is built and when someone runs the game and is present with the Graphics and Input tabs,

My question is, where is the data saved from the input data (not in the editor but on the runtime box when you start the game) as if a user changes the keys there, I’m wondering how to reset it.

also if i rebuild game with different joystick configurations in the editor (project settings - > Input) , it doesnt update the run time input box?
