those are non commercial educational licenses, only for people enrolled in colleges and stuff like that…

its just like an endless trial, but you cant sell with those

to sell games, you need to buy the full pro license at $1500 dollars, or go for the free version which also allows you to use it for commercial purposes

Yes, Studica is probably the most popular website for “student versions” of software. It’s legit.

I generally use Academic Superstore, which is also very popular, when buying student software. No Unity there, though.
