Samsung device(Android 10) and AR app Crash

We recently received a complaint from customers who upgraded to Samsung Android 10 that our app is not working.
Our app was built with the Easy AR SDK, and previously worked fine on Samsung phones and tablets.
So we tried to upgrade the supported Android version, switch to the latest SDK, etc. but it didn’t work.

The symptoms of the error are as follows:
After installing and running the app, and then gaining permission, only the black screen is kept or forced to quit

I update the app every day, but I don’t know how to proceed anymore, so I leave an inquiry.
Please let me know if you know any way to fix this or get a clue.
