Samsung Gear VR Display To TV

Hi, I’m not sure if I’m posting in the right place, but I’ve already asked this question in the Oculus forums, however, no one has answered as of posting.

Anyway, we recently ventured into VR development and created a demo using Unity for Gear VR. We want to showcase this demo in an upcoming event and are looking for ways to display the game on a TV/Projector, so the audience can see what the player is seeing. I have searched countless forums and learned that Chromecast would do the work (although may sacrifice some of its performance). However, obviously it displays the same split image as seen on the device. Is it possible to show the full game scene instead of the split image used by the VR device? If so, how do I go about doing this?

Thank you so much for your help.

Best way to do this is to network your game. Sync your Gear VR camera to a standalone instance of your game.
