Save different Cinema 4D animations

Hello guys!

How can I save different animation for an NPC in cinema 4D? for example: Idle, walk, run, attack, …
I’m using joint structures and I am saving each animation under a different file name, for example: demon-idle, demon-walk, …

When I import them to Unity, they all come together to create the character animation, Am I doing this right like this? Or does Cinema 4D has a special tool for that?

Thanks for your time !

Nick

The Unity convention is demon@idle, demon@walk, etc. That way, Unity will recognize that the animation clips all belong to the same model, “demon.” There are several pipelines for splitting animations, all of them are referenced in the manual, and all apply generically to all 3D models, including those created in C4D.
