save scene at run time

hello friends,
please help…i want to modify game object property(like transform,rigid body,collider etc.) at run time through script. I modified these values at run time but i don’t know how to save changes in scene at run time. So please suggest something.i want to get rid of this problem…Thanks…

Short answer- You can’t. Long answer, why do you want to? Are you sure there isn’t a better way? The reason you can’t edit the scene at run-time is so that your program can be cleanly reset when it finishes. Have a look at Editor Scripts for modifying the scene programatically without having to actually run the game.
