In a big game with a large scene if you mistakenly hit save while the game is running in the editor you save all the live variables.
This can be a pain to sort out. And it overwrites your scene copy. I sure wish there were a warning pop up saving us from our selves.
Or is it just me that does this particular screwup ?
I’ve done it intentionally quite a few times, but never by accident.
You’re right, though. It could have potentially disastrous consequences, so it deserves a warning label.
I have done it twice unintentionally.
On a totally different note, I sure love Unity tutorials think you could do one on multi-player?
Also I checked out your tutorial page but I didn’t see any sample tutorials.
