Saving variable

I have a character that has to enter a house. I have two scenes, one with the outside and another one with the house. The player can exit and enter the house as many times as he wants, and there are many houses. I want to know if there’s a way to “store” the player object’s position, so when the player exits the house he is at the same place as he was before entering the house (in this case when he exits the house he should appear in front of the door).

Also, I need to “store” the ammo, health, etc. variables and, somehow, don’t lose their values when I change the scene. Any ideas? Thanks!
