Says UnityException: Input Axis Horizonatal is not setup

I’m just starting unity and thought I’d make a really simple c# script and attach it to main camera:

public class mover : MonoBehaviour {

void Start () {


// Update is called once per frame
void Update () {
	float hVal = Input.GetAxis("Horizonatal");
	float vVal = Input.GetAxis("Vertical");
	if (hVal != 0)
		 print ("Horizontal movement selected" + hVal);

	if (vVal != 0)
		 print ("Vertical Movement detectet:" + hVal);


But that error just comes up like 69 million times and I dunno what’s wrong. Any help would be appreciated!

Well, i guess you just did a typo. you wrote Horizonatal instead of Horizontal. Of course this could work if you take up a an input tag named Horizonatal but i guess that is not what you were trying to do
