I have a need to scale up a character using Mecanim animation. If I do it at the import level, the model collapses in on it’s self, it becomes just a pile of parts. If I do it through the inspector in the scene, the animation is too fast. What is the best way to fix this? Thanks.
select the source model in “project folder”, not in the scene, then the inspector will show “import settings” , here look at the first “field” “SCALE FACTOR”…

i changed the scale factor but the mesh collapses… like the biped structure isnt scaled or something… how to scale the biped structure
