Scales betwen Unity and Blender

Good night, reader. I have a question for you, in my current project i need exact scales in the y / z axis of my model when i export from blender to unity, i do not understand how it works, my code needs exacts int values for example 40-z to avoid empty spaces between meshes.

In blender, if you press n while the model is selected, it will open the right panel. Up near the top, underneath the rest of the transform information is a section labeled “dimensions,” which lists the exact size of the model along x, y, and z.
