Scaling import (3DsMax) to (Unity 5)

A one meter box in Max came out MASSIVE in Unity 5.
Any work around for this scaling issue for either program???

You can modify the scale in Unity using the scale factor when you click on your model in the inspector.

I was exporting as .OBJ rather than .FBX

(1 foot X 1 foot X 1 foot Cube) for comparison.
