When I’m flying around in the scene view the camera is acting really weird.
It has a slow speed when I hold down W, then it gradually gets faster and faster then goes way too fast. It’s not consistent. Holding shift has the same issue.
How can I fix this so It’s a normal viewport camera?

It’s not a bug (It’s a feature). It’s part of the design, to make it more easy to travel large distances.
You can even hold shift to go faster
This just happened to me, but I figured it out. If you left-click the center box of the view gizmo, it switches between the perspective (Persp) and Iso views. The normal first-person view is the perspective view.
