Scene is not pitch black when I set the Ambient Light Color to Black.

One of the main features in my game is for you to use your sound as much as you can and your vision is only the area of your flashlight.

But I have set my Ambient Light Color to Black and I can still clearly see my scene. I need EVERYTHING to be pitch black and only the flashlight/spotlight’s light should be visible.

I am working in Unity 5.

I forgot that they had built-in skybox reflection in Standard shader. That is neat !!

Alright the thing is that even if you get rid of the ambient light there is still some specular on your materials (for Standard shader it is smoothness and metallic) and they interact with the skybox (put those smoothness and metallic at 1 and you’ll see).

You can set the ‘Reflection Intensity’ in the Lighting window to ‘0’ . It shouldsolve your problem.

Hope that helps you.
