Scene light intensity aware light.

I know that title is a little cryptic so let me explain with some more details.

My scene got a sunlight (intensity 1000000(or something like this) lux).
I set exposure in overrides Max to about 13 and Min -2.something (by selecting preset).
My ambient is dynamic Physical based lighting (earth).

My character got a lantern that, It’s light is completely invisible and this is to be expected, but it is also invisible in shadow.
As I would like it to be visible to some degree I increase its lumen value very very much.
Now I go to the completely dark basement I lit my lantern and it completely burns my eyes out.

The Question Is:

How can I obtain the current scene brightness, or current ambient light so I can manipulate my Lantern light accordingly ?

Or just how can I have scene brightness agnostic light ? (or something similar)

I don’t know the answer, but increase the lowest exposure to 9 to 11 should be an easy fix for you.
you really don’t need such low exposure value unless you are doing some science tests.

I will try it.
But do you know how to get current exposure by script ?

Sorry,i don’t know.
