Scene loses Connection with LightingData

Hello everyone,

I have this strange problem that looks like something which should be solved using a single click in some menu, but I haven’t found a solution: When I bake the lighting for my scene (manually clicking “Generate Lighting” with “Auto Generate” switched off), it produces the result I want (first image). But, as soon as I click play (or switch to another scene and return, or close Unity and start again), what I get is this dark scene in the second image. It stays like that when I exit play mode.
Any idea what could be going on here?

Update: I could not directly solve this strange problem, but when I copied all of the scene’s objects into a new scene and baked that new scene, the problem was gone.
(For those who don’t know this: copying all objects to a new scene is very simple. You make a new transform the parent of all your objects, drag it to the project folder to create a prefab, then drag prefab to new scene.)
