Scene view light (glitch?)

Hello,

so when I move my “camera” in scene view, the sky turns black. I have a Directional Light in the scene that I use as a sun (don’t know if there’s any alternative), and when I move my scene “camera”, it doesn’t change the rotation of the light. I don’t know if I changed something in the settings. It’s the Scriptable HDR pipeline. It doesn’t appear in the game, but it’s really distracting when doing stuff in scene view.

Help appreciated, thanks.

EDIT 1 : Unity version : 2018.3.1f1, Packages I have are TextMesh Pro, ProBuilder and Standart Assets
Also I wanted to download Forest with Octanerender, but it didn’t finish downloading, because I quit Unity before it could fully download, I don’t think this is the problem, but it started showing after it. Also I tried to search for files that would be part of Octanerender, but there’s no trace of any.

EDIT 2 : Ok, so I played around with settings and it seems that it has to do something with volume settings, though when I disable the Procedural sky and Exponential Fog, it’s still there.

Can you give more info? Screenshot of your setup or something? Unity version? What kind of assets you have installed? Your anim gif is way too small to show anything useful other than the glitchy black box in the middle of your scene and the “sunset” on camera move.

Obviously everyone have a directional light in their starter scene (since it’s part of the default settings) and I never heard of anything like this, so it may caused something in your set.
