I read recently this can be fixed by specifying OpenGLCore in the preferences, as follows:

Probably found a solution. MacBook Pro 2019, MacOS Venture 13.0 - Unity 2020.3.41f1 Go in Project Settings > Player and expand the Other Settings tab (Desktop tab). Try upgrading to 2022.3.8f1.

If that doesn’t help, check that you’re using the latest vendor graphics drivers (Nvdia or Amd, not the one from the card manufacturer).

Thanks gents I’ve done both (even though I’m on windows) - let’s see if it helps long term. Appreciate the responses.
