Why not use something like a Google Form? You’ll get much nicer results.

Not sure if this is exactly development-related, but anyway:

Do you play RPG, MMORPG or 1st Person games? - I don’t play games - don’t really have the time - but I like strategy and fps games

Do you buy your games online or from a store? - generally I play free to play (team fortress 2) or through torrents. even the games I did pay for were pirated copies that cost a few bucks - this was back when there was no fast internet and not much else was available in Ukraine - the last time I think I had fully fledged “licensed” paid games was maybe in 1998 or something and my father used to buy me these games in cerial-sized boxes - ahh those were the days.

**How many games do you actively play?**Not all that many these days. Usually 1-2 at a time.
**Do you play RPG, MMORPG or 1st Person games?**RPG and First Person. I really just find multiplayer games boring, and would rather chug away in New Vegas and those kind of games.

**Do you buy your games online or from a store?**I prefer to buy from my local store because I can do it entirely buy myself. If I get a card that works online, that might change.

  1. well, there’s one physical button, but the mouse is touch sensitive, so it can register where I click on the mouse, if I make gestures, and how many fingers are used. There are more functions than I’ll ever need, but only one button.

  2. It’s most commonly for movement, but you can use it for anything. Be cautious because not all localized keyboards have WASD (France has ZQSD).

  3. I don’t play all that many. I have been playing Ludum Dare games recently as to vote for them, but nothing longitudinally.

  4. 1st person. I don’t care for the other two genres.

  5. Whatever I need to get work done. I use OS X primarily.

  6. I used to buy DVD games from the store, but now I get them from Steam, the App Store, and GOG.

  1. I’m using a wireless Apple mouse with a touch surface, so it’s hard to say it has only left/right/middle clicks because a third party tool also lets me define other touch zones and various jesjures etc for input… so let’s basically say 3-4.

  2. WASD is a left-handed substitute for arrow keys. I prefer using right-handed actual arrow keys.

  3. I don’t play many games, maybe only 1-2 a month.

  4. Do you play RPG, MMORPG or 1st Person games? - NO, except I played Portal once

  5. Apple + Windows

  6. I buy games online.

Hmmm…right now, I play 4-5 games:
TF2 every day, Crysis2 and Arkham City occasionally through the week, and Warframe or SecretFiles sometimes

First Person and RPG (if you count Arkham City as an RPG)

Windows, All the way!

Very much so a steam guy, however if I can ever find a physical game copy that’s cheaper, I will probably buy it. (i.e. Skyrim :smile:)

By the way, as someone before mentioned, Google Forms is a much easier approach, but we’ll cut you some slack. Just take a look at it for next time :wink:
