Hello everyone!
We’ve been some people to notice the same bug on multiple games based on Unity 4.
the games:
Wasteland 2, based on Unity 4.5.5f1
Pillars of Eternity, based on Unity 4.6.1p2
the bug:
In this top-down view games, when edge scrolling is active, each area loading results in the camera starting on the lower-left corner of the map (instead of centred on the party). If edge scrolling is disabled, this bug does not have any visible effect.
This symptoms made me think that it might be the mouse cursor wrongly set to the lower-left corner of the screen (instead of the centre) at area loading. It can be seen easily in Wasteland 2, where the screen visibly scrolls towards the lower-left corner as soon as a new area is loaded.
Be it in Wasteland 2 or Pillars of Eternity, moving the mouse grants the control back to the player.
