Screen is flickering

On the scene tab, the scene is flickering a lot - see included video:

I am using Unity 2018.4 on Ubuntu 19.04, the flickering does not happen in the Game window. And it seems to happen more often when I move the mouse slowly compared to when I move the mouse fast.

In the terrain there is a unity terrain. It did flicker before I added grass, so that won’t be it.

Having the same issue and it also happens in game depending on how I move the cursor

Sometimes I see this.
When Windows 10 go to sleep with my computer and after woke up.

Unity 2021 editor blinking like shit. And have to restart.
