Hi all,

I’m looking at 3 options, wondering if anyone has any insights into the better option:

Jing - ok, it’s free, but is it ok for game youtube videos?

(the next 2 are commerical, and more of a bake off for me) :

IShowU HD Pro

and

ScreenFlow

Any thoughts anyone?

I don’t have any experience of any of those that you have mentioned but Sequence is OK, xProline.

Personally I use Snapz Pro, and can thoroughly recommend it, but I’m sure you’ll already have looked into that, worth noting that it is only $10 more than iShowU HD Pro.

Looks like you are talking about Mac products, but for anyone using Windows, FRAPS is one option.

I second the notion of Snapz Pro. It is insanely easy to use, and can do great quality screencaps/videos.

Definitely. I do all my tutorial videos using it. Gets me very smooth captures of video AND audio at a pretty good compression.
