AI programming is very intricate, difficult, and complex. Simply asking if someone has an AI script they can give you will probably not yield any good results, unless you are very lucky (not likely to happen).
For your AI you will need an entire AI system programmed, but the key essential things for your AI at the fundamental level is:
1- logic and behavior
2- AI navigation
Programming and engineering these two things is very involved and by no means easy. Check out the Unify wiki, there are some good leads there and there are some Unity developers that sell AI navigation systems.
