script will not execute

I’m trying to do this…

I created the script, but when I press play I only get a solid blue screen.

How do I know the script is even being executed.

And why is that info not in the example ?

You have to attach the script to some object. That info isn’t in the example because it’s basic Unity knowledge that it’s assumed you’d know at that point. Sounds like you need to start here.

I created a cube there is no where to attach a script.

No where does it tell you how do execute a script in that link you gave.

Answer =

  1. Create sphere.
  2. Drag script to sphere

Answer != “Ug… READ BUNCH OF DOCUMENTS”

1 simple line of text info. in example would make instructions complete.

Always somthing is needed before somthing. Simply do it better by knowing people
need to know info. about “CONTEXT OF ENVIROMENT”
