Scripting for a Space fleet sim, looking for tutorials?

I’ve recently got into Unity, and althought I’m a total begineer when it comes to Coding in C# and many other aspects, I seem to be learning at a decent pace. And with so much to look at and learn, I was wondering if anyone knew of a good tutorial for space sim like controls, like viewing a ship in third person, and controlling via acceleration and turn keys, rather than directly piloting it.

Most of the tutorials I’ve found deal with first person or third person direct control, or a fly behind view, so I haven’t found any tutorials regarding control from afar.

My second question is, can anyone point me to a scripting tutorial or reference that shows how to handle the code for a space ship, such as data values of shields and armor, and how to manage the code in real time?

My apologies if my questions seem silly or noobish, But I just thought I’d ask^^
