ScriptPlayable<PlayableBehavior> only "Input 0" work

I want this node to check if there is an “Input” playing animation. Enable the input that has the smaller index. but it seems like ScriptPlayable only work on “Input 0”. There is only one input that weight was set to 1.0f.
