Scroll bars not resizing to content

Hey guys! creeperbot65 here!

My scrollbars for a file manager I’m creating won’t resize the handle (See the gif below) Please help me and if you can’t please tell me if you don’t know what’s going on so I can report the glitch!

Never mind! I figured out that I wasn’t resizing the content field!
