Scroll Child wont scale to different screen size

I have a problem that my children inside my scrollview wont scale to the screensize. Every other element in the UI scales properly but this wont. The pictures discribe it the best.

ListEntry(Clone) is a clone of ListEntry and gets added to the scrollview if a time is found.
