Scroll Rect no longer bounces 5.5.0b3

I use the Elastic Rect Scroll to a menu in my app and with the new beta 5.5.0b3, the Elastic Movement Type
does not work.

  • I created a panel with up Scroll Rect
  • Only vertical mode with Elastic movement type
  • Inside the panel, i have just an UI Image
  • My Content Scroll Rect is my Rect Transform Image

Mode Elastic does not rebound when the content when it reaches the edge of the Rect Scroll

Same here with Clamped movement type. The content position is only limited if both Horizontal and Vertical modes are enabled. This bug was already there in 5.5.0b1.
