Scroll View Vertical Page Size for keyboard and gamepad not working?

I am trying out the scroll view using keyboard and I cant seem to change the speed or amount of the scroll. Tried changing the vertical page size like the documentation but it does not seem to work, Mouse wheel scroll size works though.
