I’ve downloaded your free software as my instructor told me to do.
The software installed with no problem and I created an account.
When I try to launch the software I cannot get past the survey, I am not allowed to scroll down to answer all the questions. I am unable to use the software because of that.
What should I do?
Try clicking on one of the “capacity” options, then use the TAB key to navigate. If it scrolls, great, if not then keep hitting TAB, then SPACE over and over. In theory you should eventually get to a “next” button and SPACE will press it.
I had this same issue. I closed out of unity, reopened it. It asked me to log back in, but no more survey.
Could you report the issue as a bug so we can get the team to have a look at it, then post the bug number here.
