SDK Manager - Android 5.0 APIs won't install :/

hello,
i try to make a little game for android. but i get a error: Device not found…
my phone runs on android 5.0 (nexus 5) so i tried to install API 21 (android 5.0) in the SDK Manager.
everything is installed expect for:
google APIs
Google APIs ARM EABI v7a System Image
Google APIs Intel x86 Atom_64 System Image
Google APIs Intel x86 Atom_ System Image

so i think this is the problem why my Device is not found… but i tried to install these 4 packages like 5 times and they still won’t install, i don’t get a error, it just says: Not installed.

so can someone help me??
why my device is not found and why these packages wont install…
(ps: debug mode is enabled and i use a usb cable)

please help me :3

If you are on Windows you may have to install the Google USB drivers.
