Second Instance of Unity Hub Launches

Launch Project/ Unity Hub 1.5.0/Unity Alpha 2019.2.0a4 creates another Instance of Unity Hub which has to be closed.

Just found out, going to the Asset Store tab in the same version opens Unity Hub instead of opening the Asset Store.

Could you please submit a bug report with reproduction steps for this issue?

Yes, it does.

Was able to recreate both restart instances in a new, empty project, so sent that with the error report.
