See camera point of view ingame

I want to make something like a CCTV system in my game but i dont know how to make a camera monitor or something where you can see the point of view of a camera but ingame not changing the player camera i dont know if its even possible, i hope someone can help me.

You need RenderTexture (check here and here). But you need a Pro version.
