Seeing Multiple Camera Views in One Game View

I was wondering how I might go about setting up multiple cameras looking at slightly different places attached to a character. The look would be something along the lines of a single tessellated view, like what an insect might see.

Any ideas or direction on how to do this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

First idea: you can divide your screen into a grid using the camera’s “Normalized Viewport Rect”.

Second idea: use multiple cameras attached to renderTextures and put the textures in whatever grid/array you wish.

What he said. These x and y values are what you want to fiddle with. And the depth attribute defines whats on top of another, the highest value being on top.

I always thought these features would suit a first person spider game, with 8 cameras…
