Will there be future development for features suitable for 2D projects?
Thank you for your interest in 2D features,@hhhzzttds!
Good news is, we do have some very exciting news coming up (very soon) for Sprites workflow that could accelerate your game development. Stay tuned!
I’m also looking forward to 2D applications
Be sure to attend the webinar next week @AustinLokey7 (the one which was rescheduled), there will be a lot of new information about Generative 2D
I already was planning on it, and now I’m doubled as excited!
Thanks for the heads up @edemaistre
I’m in the webinar link that was provided when signing up but the meeting isn’t starting for the 3rd week in a row.
Do you know if I’m doing something wrong and following a bad link? Are you able to attend the meetings?
Any news on this? Has this webinar @Xiangting_Su mentioned ever ocurred? I’m dying to know what might come for 2D animation!
Thank you all for your interests!
So here’s a quick sneak peek: the 2D team recently launched the Muse 2D Enhancers Pre-Release package that now supports easy upscaling, recoloring, pixelating and background removals from your existing sprites.
Also, these AI-powered enhancements are all deeply integrated directly into the Sprite Editor window to speed up your production workflows.
What’s even more exciting is that there will be a 2D talk, Say hello to new 2D workflows and AI enhancements at Unite 2024 to demonstrate some of these examples.
To get your hands on the very early version of the Muse 2D Enhancers Pre-Release package, check out the Muse Explore page on how to get started (on a free trial).
Small note: The minimum Editor version required for the 2D Enhancers package is Unity 6000.0.13f1 or later.
